The
difference between a leader company and "just a company" is the
motivation of the whole staff, the fidelity of the customer portfolio, the
publicity approach and so on ...   I
agree with Andrè Harrel when he say that there is a reason why Apple, Google
and Starbucks are successful in recruiting and retaining top top talent... for
those Company the Human Resources are truly a resource.
For several others company maybe resources are only crew. That, t the end, make
a great difference also on the bottom line of the balance sheet. The enthusiasm
of staff and customers and/or the market in general have an intangible value
that often, unfortunately, is not evaluated ... we named this specific asset
... "intangible asset" and believe me, is fundamental if you want to
build and maintain your company always on the top ...
