Leadership in the
corporate culture is the consistent ability to directly organize a business
employing the core beliefs and values of the company. This is the use of
structure and values that are used in shaping the way that the company does
business. It will project how the business deals with the employees in the
company and customers. The good corporate leadership will include the ability
to clearly communicate the values of the company from the top level employees
to the lower level workers and sets the standards within the company. The
reward will be the standards will be practiced and exhibited throughout the
business and projected to the customers.
