all High Street neighbourhoods. Wynwood, home to Warby Parker, Shinola, and
emerging brand Italia Independent, is Miami’s version of New York City’s
Meatpacking district, edgy and creative. Brickell City Centre, which broke
ground in 2012, is a $1.05 billion 5.4 million square feet (MSF) mixed-use
project that will include 505,000 ft² of retail space. It is anticipated that
by next year, Miami-Dade County will have 2.1 ft² of retail space under
construction ...
